Frank Wendt is an expert partner at CTT. He is also an advisor to the global consulting firm Protiviti, digital asset start-up Obligate, and the leading artificial swarm intelligence (ASI) company Unanimous AI Inc.

In his last role, Frank was responsible for risk and compliance, ESG, finance transformation and internal audit services as managing director at Protiviti, with a major focus on financial institutions and large multinational corporations.

Frank started his career in treasury and corporate credit at Intel Corporation in the UK and US and spent 14 years with KPMG, focusing on treasury, trade finance, corporate credit and working capital consulting services. He also worked as managing director at C2FO Inc, a leading supply chain financing unicorn, and consulted and sold to major leading corporations.

In 2019 he co-founded FQX AG – today called Obligate – and as CEO and chairman, led the start-up to client adoption and the world’s first electronic promissory note transactions.

Frank holds a British BA (Hons) and US MBA with a focus on Finance as well as a German business degree. He also achieved certificates in International Banking from INSEAD and Sustainable Investments from Harvard Business School.
